Q.

#AskTheExpert my 13.5 months old boy is a very fussy eater..he only eats tasty things and sometimes that also he refuse. he don't wanna eat pulses and vegetables that we cook for all family as a regular meal. He only likes food that's tangy in taste, though we have never let him eat those outside junk snacks. What all tangy things can i add in his food so that he eats vegetable and pulses with interest?

A. Pu san add little spices in food to make it more tasty and flavourful for the baby and add little lemon to add little tangibles to the foods abd it improves digestion as well

A. hlo mom.. give everything you prepared at home, Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. Encourage your baby to touch the food, but don’t force feed her

A. U Can I actually look for recipes online will find lots and lots of recipes which are healthy and tangy at the same time to prepare and healthy at the same time so you can search it on YouTube or Google you’ll find A vast variety of recipes to go for
