Q.

#AskTheExpert mother of a 9 month old through c section, after my delivery I became more weak my whole body pains my joints bones, even though i don'twork much, I have thalassamia as well for which doctor has prescribed me to keep on taking folvit.

A. continue with folvit Take hot water bath with adding salt daily. Simple yoga exercises or breathing exercises can help instil calm within your body as well. have healthy diet with plenty of fluids.

It’s Time for you to start working out start doing mild workout now because you’re completed nine months of your delivery start doing yoga basic yoga and along with that you should try to meditate these things are going to give you strength and if you are low on any supplement in the body should start having medicines to meet the deficiency as well
