#AskTheExpert meri November me delivery Hui thi 20 day Tak period aya tha. uske baad December me Hui thi period ne fir uske baad period hi nahi aye aesa kyu ??

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and irregularity in periods is very normal and please use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy and also you should have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products. Take care
