POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. Tips from Parents of Twins 5 Months Old Allow them plenty of play time each day. Sleep train your twins if you can to get more rest at night. Take fussy babies for a walk to get some fresh air and change their scenery. Be flexible with your schedule. Try to keep them awake for at least 2 hours at a time during the day.
