#asktheexpert mere delivery ko 3 month hua hai,par mere belly thodi v km nahi hui hai,doctor aap plz suggest kijiye mere belly kaise km ho sakti hai

A. If you had a vaginal delivery then start working out right away. The fat is stubborn kind and it won’t go away easily. If you had a cesarean then wait for 6 months before doing any activity that will put extra pressure on your abdomen

A. Let Six once get over after your delivery then you can go ahead with exercising and dieting as of now would advise you to just focus on breastfeeding the child tummy does not reduce on its own you will have to work out to lose on your tummy that’s what that’s how it is
