firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist.have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh food just made at home, water and keep yourself hydrated. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding baby baby. Walk around slowly to keep yourself fit. Expose yourself to sunlight for about half an hour in a day.
Apply oil to hair give a gentle massage leave it for half an hour and take bath. always use luke warm water to take head bath. Avoid to much of hot water.Write Your Answer Here
