Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are 2 year old son is suffering from cough cold and fever you can give paracetamol thrice a day and monitor temperature if the symptoms persist you can consult your doctor you can also give steam inhalation
