Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluationd.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello this can be due to the dryness of the skin and you can be using mild and gentle baby face cream which is made of natural ingredient and chemical free like babyhug which can help.. any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u better on a proper examination of the same and advise you
