8 AM-breakfast and glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruit bowl with the dry fruits powder and honey
1 PM-lunch like rice and Sambar, vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-any fruit juice
7 PM-dinner. Always give luke warm water after feeding anything which helps in good digestion. include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite. You can give buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, vegetable soup, milkshakes, coconut water, water and keep your baby well hydrated. Avoid junk food and snacks. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses in a week.
