ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. You can have normal delivery if all the conditions are good.For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.
