Then you should consult a speech therapist for a therapy and the doctors are going to advise you with the treatment but from my personal side I would strongly advise you to take a homeopathic treatment for the child and shift to gluten-free diet that helps a lot in reducing the activity and the homoeopathic medication is going to be beneficial overall to deal with the autistic issue of your child
