Include seasonal fruits, veggies, dals, paneer, sprouts, curd, ragi and nuts in your child's meals. Sample plan - ragi kheer + nuts for breakfast, banana as mid meal, palak paneer paratha for lunch, sprout chaat for snacks, soya chunk pulao + raita for dinner, milk + dates before bedtime. Give all that you cook for ur family. include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado etc in ur baby diet for weight gain.
