ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Aapke bete ko small, frequent home cooked food dijiye. Large meals, force feed nahin karna. Usko aap - paneer, sprouts, nuts, dahi, ragi, seasonal fruits, vegetables dena.
Sample plan - ragi kheer+ nuts for breakfast, banana as mid meal, moong dosa + chutney for lunch, apple lassi for snacks, paneer cheese paratha for dinner, milk + dates before bedtime.
