A. Hi nahi koi problem nahi hai. baccho me first milk teeth kisi bhi jaw me aa skta hai. aap bacche k gums ko clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth se din me 3-4 baar massage kare isse teeth ko erupt hone me help hogi.
