Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Avoid using wipes for the baby. It can be harsh on the baby's skin when used on a regular basis. Instead to clean the baby after a pee or poop u may use cotton swabs along with Luke warm water and gently wipe the area. Also u can apply coconut oil for the redness and rashes.
