Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Was it due to a fall or tge tooth came off on its own. In any case, I would suggest you to rakr the child and consult with a pediatric dentist. The doctor will be able to check and let you know tge future course of action. It could be harmless but its good to consult.
