A. too much use of diapers cause rashes and blackishness in that area due to no contact of air. you can use washable cotton diapers now available in market or then keep the baby free from diaper for the whole day and only put it on during night hours.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 11 months of age you can have diaper free time to the baby during daytime wash the area with warm water apply coconut oil before changing the diaper
