#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko my daughter is two 2 yrs 7 months old ..she is 23 kg ..since July 2020 she is not gaining weight even in grams!is everything alright?

A. Your two-year-old should be eating three healthy meals a day, plus one or two snacks. Make sure your child eats from each of the basic four food groups each day: Meat, fish, poultry, eggs.Milk, cheese, and other dairy products.Fruits and vegetables.Cereals, potatoes, rice, flour products.
