AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Small pimples on the baby face is milia. This will disappear on its own within few weeks. No need to apply anything on face. Make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy #Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
