#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko is there any problem for giving child to eat chips, poloring like any other bakery items?

A. not healthy.. No Cerelac, biscuits, backery items, cornflakes...etc and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Avoid commercial preparations as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives. Give all home made food preparation. processed and packaged food, sugar inducing desserts like pastries, cakes or chocolates, fried dishes, foods with preservatives, carbonated drinks,

These packaged foods are not good neither are the healthy so of course you should avoid them as long as you can sometimes in a week or 10 days if you giving some chips or something to the child in terms of bakery item it is okay but not on a regular basis a child is too small to consume all these things anyways isWrite Your Answer Here
