#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko I am not feeling much baby movement till now my 31th week is going on...I have consulted with my doc she said I am going through gastric problem so I can't able to feel much movement as my all reports are normal even the ultrasound also showing normal baby growth...what should I do as at times I get worried by not feeling well movements...what is the possible reasons n what should I do?

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examinatiogin and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
