AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mam This can be due to cold weather or change climate. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to increase immunity. Add garlic and ginger in ur meal, give turmeric milk, oranges, lemon, kiwi, coconut water, amla etc to increase immunity
