#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Hello sir/mam...my baby is going to complete 5 months....could i start solid foods on his 6 month onwards....he is not get from me (mother's milk ) so i confused to do what.....

A. dear parent, no, you should not start to give solid foods after completion of 5 months. you should wait for one more month, let baby complete 6 months and then introduce solid foods. until then you should exclusively breastfeed.

A. let the baby complete six months then solid should be introduced Ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot papaya pear sapota banana apple pumpkin remember one new food one at a time
