advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor

You Always should include high-protein diet into your child’s daily diet and balance it with fibre because at this age kids have so much of an energy that they can easily digest the protein that you give so try to work upon healthy protein diet and if you eat egg then that’s the best breakfast for the child in the morning

If Eating everything in the child is eating really well get the weight is not increasing that means the digestive system of the child is not very supportive with the food that you are giving so in this case you should consult a paediatrician call in normal course of life you should give good proteins to the child
