#AskTheExpert #Mamypoko Good Morning Mam. my baby is 5 month old today but his weight is only 6kg and he is suffering from cold in last 3 months I gave to medicine zukamin & monosef drops. please doctor advice me how to increase my babys weight and cold problem.

empty one breast completely before latching to other breast so that baby gets hindmilk which is rich in fat and satisfies baby satiety
anybody suffering from cold may stay away from baby

If your baby's doctor thinks it's necessary, you may have to supplement your baby with additional feedings of either pumped breast milk or infant formula. You can also try to pump and separate your foremilk from your hindmilk. Hindmilk is higher in fat and calories, which can help your baby gain more weight.
