Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! It's becoming dry means healing don't worry, don't touch or try to clean with soap or liquid as it might lead to spreading... Clean with normal water while washing face or bath and gently pat with muslin cloth or unscented wipe , tissue to pat dry ... If you observe it's spreading then consult pediatrician
