A. For Winter dry skin...use Mamaearth baby lotion for extra dry skin....it's really good and effective i like it.

Evion is a vitamin E cream you can apply that regularly on to the face of the child if it is only dryness and use it if there a rash also then you can go ahead with using atogla baby cream that is going to be a better choice so see what is the skin situation and accordingly you can decide
