#AskTheExpert mam mujhe pcod ki problem rahi hai..or abhi mere periods bilkul normal nhi hai heavy bleeding hoti h. or excessive hair growth on stomach on chin what to do mam

A. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
