#asktheexpert mam meri wife ke casarean delivery hue hai 10 April ko twice baby. mai aur meri wife bhi abhi 5 years tak toh koi next baby karna nahe chahati hai toh uske liye muje apni wife ka kiya treatment karwana hoga mam.

There are certain options available she can take contraceptive pill she can get an injection done which will avoid pregnancy for another 3 or six month and she has to take it accordingly and apart from that she can also get copper t inserted to avoid pregnancy
