Hi See a lot of women do not get their periods for a really long duration after that the delivery but that’s very very normal you do not have to worry about it if your Wife had regular periods and suddenly she has missed on to her period and the test is negative then she should consult a gynaecologist because sometimes it could be due to hormonal imbalance as well
