#asktheexpert mam i have a 9 month old daughter but my periods are not started yet ..after delivery 1.5 month bleeding hui full flow me after that kabhi ho jati thi kabhi ruk jati thi tab meri doc ne mujhe med di tabse periods ruk gaye ab tak ni huye.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. ita kind of ok in breastfeeding ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
