Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, butter, cheese, home made paneer and curd. Give her fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give her plain nuts to eat like walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, peanuts and raisins. Give her peanut butter. Give her chickpeas and green peas. Give her lentils like moong Dal and urad dal. Give her cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give her one boiled egg per day.
