#AskTheExpert my 2.7years old daughter weighs only 11 kg. please suggest how to increase her weight.

A. Hai good afternoon !! If baby is active and achieving milestones then don't worry about weight. Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include High protein, calorie rich foods in regular diet. Milk,diary products (ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer,tofu),dals(moongdal, chana dal, arhar dal,urad daal,rajma), dry fruits and nuts,cereals, rice, idly, banana, mango, potato, beans, peas,,egg,meat,, poultry increases weight..
