A. Good sources of calcium include green vegetables, milk, and dairy products, soya drinks, and fortified flour. Fruits like kiwi, grapes, banana, blueberries, cherries, mango, peach, pear have high mineral content. ‍Iron-rich food helps regain the blood lost during delivery.
