#asktheexpert madam my son having cough nd fever every 15 to 20 days between.and also getting fasts breathing near ribs after using medicine that will control is this lifelong asthama .my mother in law have asthama is there any food to avoid tellme madam what type of medicine control soon this one

A. dear mom. avoud cold winds and cold climate, avoid offering cold nature food. you can give sitopaladi powder with honey, turmeric milk, steam inhalation . o k.
