Your caption suggest that you are pregnant so maybe it’s just that since you are almost in the verge of your time of delivery so when the entire weight comes onto your legs and the stomach is really big it comes onto your ribs as well so I would suggest you to take a proper bed rest for that you can check with your treating doctor on this
