Take adequate liquid like buttermilk am a fresh fruit juice made at home, water, coconut water and keep yourself hydrated. Always rest back and feed your baby. Expose yourself to sunlight for about 15 to 20 minutes in a day. Slowly walk around the house to keep yourself fit. Follow all this and you may have less hair fall.
