Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. First of all don't take stress of anything, take good diet which have iron, protein, calcium in a day., balance yiur diet in day, avoid fried food. Do oil massage before every hair wash and avoid chemical based products. it will take time but will cure for sure
