#AskTheExpert….Ma’am I m 10 weeks 6 days pregnanct….I was addicted to coffee but from last 9 weeks I didn’t had coffee coz they say caffeine is bad during pregnancy….but can I take just 1 big cup of coffee just once ….plz reply

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist3 years agoA. hi would be mom yes once a day you may have coffee have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well also take good protiens in diet
