Q.

#asktheexpert Ma'am..does 2-3 roti, moong dal or toor dal, and any sabji(kabuli chana, okra, rajma, beans) raise blood sugar levels in gestationaldiabetes during pregnancy... I usually have this in lunch and breakfast but after 2 hours test my sugar level increases upto 155...what to do?

A. well this is high.it be less than 120. avoid takin carbohydrates ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. Ma’am I don’t think so but all these things do have sugar which is my maybe you know you may have felt that it hasn’t please see if you have this issue right now it would be better for you to consult a dietician or nutritionist for a proper diet plan
