Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi please do the following things: don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping. try Heating pad to get relief in this. for example you can use Babyhug Heating pad. take Healthy and nutritious diet take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
