You can eat everything healthy that you would want to eat our regular food is the most healthy food the only thing that you need to avoid our pineapple papaya and also brinjal you should not eat apart from that you can have all kind of healthy fruits and vegetables and the regular grains and pulses and proteins that you want to eat
