mam,it is common complaint from mothers ,here I suggest some tips and tricks , hope it help:
you can prepare food items like mix veg paratha,mix veg khichdi,or pulav etc
tell stories which explain benefits of healthy eating.
usually kids at this age ,take time to accept some food items.
but keep offering new food items,you may have to offer it around 10 to 15 times .
so gradually your child Start to take them.
please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
