#AskTheExpert It’s my 26 week so I am on which month of pregnancy and I feel exhausted sometimes and nausea also and having little amount of pain in stomach and backache also what to do sometimes I sleep whole day bcoz I don’t feel like doing anything

A. hi mom u should get ur hb level checked .. do regular exercise and meditation .. eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables take protein rich diet low fat low sugar fat
