#AskTheExpert it's been 9months post C section. I haven't had my periods yet. pregnancy is ruled out. I'm still breastfeeding. usually periods will be back after 5-6months. In my case it hasn't resumed back yet. what should I do?

Hi mom No need to worry Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Maintain hydration It’s all normal and common Consult with your doctor Do some light exercise yoga regularly It will correct soon Many women have periods after one year
