#AskTheExpert it's been 8month of c section delivery still I will not feel full engery.. always feeling weakness & laziness

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of hormonal changes. so please take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated. take enough sleep take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist maintain good hygiene
