#AskTheExpert It's been 19months since cesarean delivery. My stomach hasn't reduced and I'm looking like a 8months pregnant woman with this huge belly. Is there a way I can reduce my belly now? I hope it's never too late than to realise atleast now. please help me doctor

It is never late for anything if you want to walk on to your body in Luzon Nu weather please go ahead with that because the only way to reduce this extra Vedha Joe have got is with a workout and diet along with that that’s what is going to be very helpful for you
