U need to committed to ur daily routine so that u don't gain weight.
If u will do crash diet then definitely u wil loose weight but u wil gain weight easily when u stop ur diet.
so do regular exercise like yoga,cycling jogging dance gym etc whichever is comfortable to you.
Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat
avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
Drink plenty of water to flush out excess toxins from body.
Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
