#asktheexpert is there any medicine for adenoid or tonsil.. doc advise us to go for surgery my son is 5.2

A. Medicines are given till the time they can offer the medicine but they usually suggest to go for a surgery when the adenoids or tonsils are really very enlarged and there is no other option other than surgery so that is how I think your doctor must be advising for surgery that’s the last option that they have and it’s totally safe to be done if you want you can proceed with that
