#asktheexpert is there any food restrictions for c- section mothers? can I eat nonveg ? I have 24 days baby boy.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello no such restriction but it would be better if you can avoid any gassy causing food and spicy food in the diet and also good to have easily digested food in your diet as the digestion can be slow now for few days which should then be better and also afev
